"The house and outdoor patio are wonderful. There’s a lot of love and care by the owner and she’s also a wonderful person to talk with. Our family really liked the location being a few blocks from the beach but not right next to the pier or really busy areas. We even found a really nice long bike and running path along the beach going North to Dana Point. We’ll be back again next year for sure."

"The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations."

"We were participating in a paddling training camp at the Newport Aquatic Centre. It was a very comfortable space for 2 adults but could have fit 4 if needed. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as we were cooking healthy meals at home. Property manager was very responsive. Only took advantage of the included e-bike rental one day because we were otherwise busy - it was a wonderfully fun way to explore the area."

"This place is super clean & has great light! We loved this location- super close to downtown in one direction, and the ferry in the other direction! Garage is fully stocked with beach chairs/toys, wagon! Plenty of space to park our car or the overnight bikes we rented! Would happily return!"

"Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. "Great apartment and perfect location. Apartment is very clean and has wonderful views....Would recommend! We did have an issue that required help from Vacasa. The gate on the garage door closed on our rental car and caused major damage. Vacasa was easily reached but never followed up with us after couple of calls and several texts. I just wished the follow up would of happened and at least show a little concern."

"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

"This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back!"

"Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright."

"This is a great location with many things to do in walking distance. Parking is really the only problem if you have more than one vehicle but overall great little place."
