"The location of Caza is great! Walking distance to Lombard, Chinatown, Pier 39, and more. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that it the room said partial view of bay. I could only see the Marriott behind us. Wasn’t super important as we spent most of our time out and about. "

"The front desk was awesome. They always greeted us. Coffee is good and the layout is nice in the fitlrst floor. The top deck is nice but small. The layout to get to the rooms is like a maze. No parking on property. The cheapest parking is $37 one block away. Noticed it was cheaper at the hotel website then Hotels.com. unable to honor lower price since I didn't book with the hotel direct. The elevators are slow and to get ice its on the lower level only. "
