“La Cigale, certainly lives up to its excellent reputation. The property is impressively clean, with well-maintained grounds and a world-class golf course. The lower staff members are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the upper management was unresponsive to customer needs, which was disappointing. While the hotel website highlights a variety of dining options, during my late May stay, several restaurants were closed, leaving us unprepared. It would be helpful to……

Pas de bouteille d’eau, une carafe à remplir à la réception,pas de sèche cheveux,pas de frigo. Le buffet n’est pas varié. Si vous ne buvez pas d’alcool personne vous servira d’autres boissons. Serveur drageur, parfois même lourd. Pas de serviette gratuite pour la piscine tout est payant malgrés le all inclusive. On vous accoste tout les jours pour les activités (trop insistant) que ce……

“My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. There’s welcoming drinks when we checked in and macarons in the room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our room is quiet(best thing for this hotel), bright, spacious and with a big balcony with sea view. The breakfast has a lot selections and the food has a certain quality. We also love the dinner at the restaurant in hotel; it’s a bit pricey but really worthy and delicious . The beach is beautiful and quiet. However, it’s not the most convenient……

“Hôtel pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles. Il y a une odeur de canalisation a l’entrée de l’hôtel, très prononcée en fin de journée, et que l’on a retrouvé dans les chambres, très sympa après le dîner ! Le ménage n’est pas fait sérieusement dans les chambres, de l’eau coulait de la Clim, l’abbatant des we était cassé, la douche pas nettoyée (les cheveux etaient tjs la le lendemain). Autre point négatif : les excursions! L’hôtel et les différents vendeurs se battent entre eux pour nous vendre leurs……
