"Lavern’s Place was the perfect for my Ocho Rios trip. It’s super clean, safe, and located in a quiet area just a walk away from downtown and the beach. I went for a morning jog and felt totally at ease — even passed kids on their way to school. The AC worked great and the views from the room were a bonus, including the nice pool! The host was great too, everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed at Frank’s property for three days with my husband and teenage daughter, and it was a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we found that the property looked exactly like the pictures—modern, airy, bright, and impeccably clean. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including towels, blankets, a super cold A/C, kitchenware, and more.
While I had read some complaints about evening noise in the courtyard, it wasn't an issue for us. Frank has no control over that area, but honestly, the noise was minimal and didn't bother us at all. The apartment is located on Main Street in a lively area, where you can enjoy the vibrant city sounds and soak in the great atmosphere.
Ms. Shelly, the onsite property manager, was an absolute delight. She greeted us warmly, provided all the necessary information for our stay, and was quick to accommodate any requests we had.
