“Had a good time at Moon Palace. The food was lovely, esp at Momo- Big up Shawn the Chef! My baby shark loved the kids club, giving us adults, peace of mind to enjoy some kid-free time. The room was spotless and bed extremely comfortable. Loved that the mini fridge was restocked everyday. Entertainment was good as well. Enjoyed the flow rider and the water sports. Highly recommend!”

“I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or……
