"Nice room"

"The room is comfortable. However its not as seen in picture in terms of decor. The painting that was to be placed on the wall was stored in the closet. The i room safe didnt work. The light over the face basin was not working. The fan and main light in the room was not working. The maintenance personnel said he would return to fix those but didnt come back. It is however a quiet property. The property itself is clean. Just the room i stayed in needs to be worked on. "

"The Property Need lots of Repairs, Their are broken tiles on floors, broken glass table in room, the gas Stove is rusted and burners are burnt out ,bathroom facet not right for that sink, when turned on it is sprays over the Floor and the shower head sprays incorrectly. The entrance doors and patio doors need adjusted, There are mold on entrance floors and walls, there are repairs needed on the whole property!"

"My stay was amazing. room was up to date and clean. There was good communication throughout, host responds quickly . Room is on third floor. Property was well kept. Staff was professional. Felt secured with the gate attendants . If you are lacking any food item , there’s a shop present and restaurant upstairs on property. Loved that!"

"My father and I recently returned from a stay at Sandcastles - and I would wholeheartedly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a very friendly, local, and down-to-earth stay! As we first arrived, check-in was quite simple and staff was very friendly and swift to help us learn. Every day&night the resort had great food options either up top at the Silver Sands restaurant, or at the bar near the pool; the Castle Blu, with good drinks and great staff at both locations! The Itadone Variety store also came in quite handy for some emergency late night snacks, and again the fellows who ran the store were very accomodating and helpful! I'll also mention that Sandcastles sits right next to the entrance to the ORBB- a rather nice, cute, and secure beach! Finally I'm going to shout out a bunch of amazing people who made our trip so great (in no particular order) - An-Mari at the front desk who was always happy to provide information/assist us with any issues we had, Both of the amazing Marie's who were day/night shift bartenders at the Castle Blu, Mark the chef at Castle Blu, Andrew the artist, Rasta Demus, and my man Kevin - who always kept us entertained, assisted us with anything we needed, and provided plenty of laughs & friendship, Kerry-Ann, our fantastic waitress every time we went to the Silver Sands restaurant, who always looked well after us, Finally, Jenine the great housekeeper, Paul the property manager, and Syd the lifeguard always made sure our stay was very clean!"

"Our stay was amazing! My family of four was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. My favorite part of the property was the rooftop patio. Even though you can see the ocean from several windows, the patio had such a nice view of the ocean and the mountains, and it was a nice private place to relax while getting that fresh ocean breeze. It was my secret hideaway when I wanted a moment to myself. The location is also near the grocery store, restaurants and not far from tourist attractions either. Perfect getaway!!"

"Selected 2 bedrooms not 2beds, no Wi-Fi, property manager Pauline was rude unconcern about our complaints and not accommodating.she did not want to provide us with more clean sheets and towel until days 3 when explained to her that we would be there all week. "
