“The hotel was right on the lake and had a lovely beach. A great place for kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s many winery’s to visit close by. You can make your own meals or there’s a good selection of restaurants near the hotel. I would definitely recommend The Poplars Hotel.”

“Our room was lovely Pool and patio were excellent. Only minor comment is that we wanted to sit on the patio and enjoy the fire table the first night but both fire tables had empty propane tanks. Also our first two days and nights out of three there was only one staff member for the restaurant and pool service. The staff person on both days seemed run off their feet but the service was still excellent. Enjoyed our stay very much”
