「I’ve been going to St Croix for 12 years and need to advise that if you’re looking for a 5 star luxury hotel / resort; you’re on the wrong island; goto St Thomas. Hotels here are mainly historic / small, which keeps with the island. With that said I loved staying at this hotel. It’s 300 years old; very clean, in the heart of everything, just feet from the restaurants / shops / water. The manager is on site. 「I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. My children had bites on their arms and legs when they woke up in the morning, which I suspect were bed bugs. I called the hotel and notified the front desk as soon as I left...

「It’s was an okay stay. The air worked just fine when there was power being that they run off solar panels, the parking was a little struggle one being on a hill and also other business parking in the same area. Again it was not horrible the location was perfect just too man steps just to get to your room and the parking. 」

「The hotel was in a perfect location. Very nice that we did not have to pay for beach taxi. I would stay there again but would stay in the ocean view rooms next time. 」
