「we are the return customers, it is a grant hotel and really good value for money. it is super convenient! Just 8 minutes walk from the Kyoto station. Grant facilities like washing machine, business centre, public hot spring bath, massage chair and free coffee. It clean and comfortable plus reasonable space as the money you spent :)) We definitely return again when traveling to Kyoto! 」

「It’s as good as a quiet dormitory for me, I Like its aircon that make little noise, and good size bath tub as well. My room assignment finally sees improvement in this third stay of 10 nights. For improvement: 1. House keeping and amenity replacement only every 3 days is unlikable. 2. Stuff’s English speaking ability is a problem, I was to find my reply from a translation divice. 3. No bellman service nor help with luggages in and out of front door and hallway to street renders a poor...
