"The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and far below what was advertised. Upon arrival, we found the room to be filthy and unsanitary. There was trash throughout the hotel, dirty walls, blood stains on the floor, and a strong, unpleasant odor. The toilet seat had yellow stains, the curtains were dirty and had holes in them, and the overall condition of the room was extremely disturbing. Additionally, there was no air conditioning available. When I raised this concern with the front desk, I was simply directed to a sign stating that there was no A/C and was told to contact the third-party booking provider. This response was unhelpful and did not address the seriousness of the situation. I have taken photographs documenting the condition of the room as evidence. Given the state of the property, I strongly suggest that you review your listing on Expedia, as the current representation does not reflect the reality of the accommodations. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue. Filthy disgusting place!"

"I stayed here last night and overall the room was clean and tidy. The property itself seemed well maintained, and I appreciated the cleanliness. However, my experience at checkout was disappointing. When I showered around 8:45 a.m., the water was cold, and I was barely able to shower. I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout, and instead of apologizing or looking into it, the staff member told me he had showered at 6 a.m. without any issue. That response felt dismissive, as our experiences were clearly different. There was no apology or effort to address the concern — I was simply told “okay, you’re done,” and that was it. While the room itself was fine, customer service matters. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have made a big difference."
