"Clean and new room! Everything is great with excellent staff who are very helpful. The only drawback is the rooms are very warm and we set the air con temperature in room to the ur desired temperature but it had no response. Outside was cold but they maintained the room at 24 deg C, not sure it is a city requirement or what. "

"The purple bamboo garden is a must see. Better than than the summer place—compact and diverse, manageable for walking. "

"Concierge staff ~ Leo Jiang and a fair small size lady (I'm not sure her name); hotel porter who stand at the entrance (the tall guy who work night shift), they are all friendly and helpful. However, receptionist staff need to improve to let guest feel welcoming. Room cleanliness is good too. Thank you all."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Ming helped me plan out my days in the park. The included breakfast was really robust and the location can't be beat for proximity to the park and peace/quiet. "
