“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“Great stay! Awesome spacious room with balcony and view of Liverpool. Super friendly staff, close proximity to Albert Dock, City Centre, Mathew Street, and all things Beatles. Love all the Beatles decor and portraits everywhere along with Beatles music that fully immerse you in the theme! One thing that was a bit challenging are the stairs to enter/exit the building with luggages. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend and stay again. ”
