"The property was just what we wanted. Clean and well appointed, not plush, but with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The location was great with restaurants and corner groceries within a block in any direction. "

"customer service was quick and attentive in answering all my questions. We never used Latch to check in and we were worried since tech and wifi can be iffy to certain things out of our control. The only negative part was there was a huge hole in the wall on the bedroom entrance sharing the living room space so it was an eye sore. Location was great and close to all business meetings we needed to attend. I would stay at this place again, hopefully the wall will be fixed. Customer service was...

"A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor."

"Outside furniture was filthy, not enough washcloths for our group, no towel racks to hang towels, dishwasher is not secured, luggage racks would be useful and more hangers. It would have been wonderful to have info about the neighborhood- restaurants etc. "
