「Very nice, safe hotel, and extremely close to the subway, which was wonderfully convenient. The staff were kind and very helpful.」

「My shower handle fell off. The room's AC was so old that the room never really got to 68 degrees. The paint was scuffed, chipped, and worn throughout the room. There was black mold along the lower part of the AC unit and in multiple locations in the bathroom. We called maintenance to repair the shower handle and the AC, but there was nothing he could really do. He also said that he recently replaced the sheetrock on the ceiling due to leaks in the floors above. Probably the mold issue. The room...

「The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.」

「優點：早餐和週間傍晚提供的酒與小食很棒，房間內有小廚房很方便，地點也四通八達。 缺點：洗衣房設備很糟，費用高且付費方式不友善，烘衣機烘了兩次花了10美元還無法全乾。房間浴室抽房設備噪音極大且是尖銳運轉聲，洗手台左邊熱水沒水，蓮蓬頭水壓極弱。空調噪音大。打掃日期未依入住說的日期，常常要打電話跟服務台叫人。」
