「The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly. However, there were very few waiters in the casino, and I only got one bottle of water after playing all night!」

「High Peaks Resort is on the main street through Lake Placid, putting it within walking distance of a broad seletion of restaurants, bars and shops. We had a balcony view, but never looked outside because it was usually dark by the time we got back from skiing. The pool and jacuzzi also looked nice, but we never got a chance to try it out. Staff was friendly.」

「The room was quite clean, but I don't know why there were some chicken feathers in the bath towel and on the bed. Everything else was fine. It would be great if they could put disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers and other things.」
