"From check in to check out, everything was very smooth. My family and I stayed for two nights and the room was bigger than we expected. It had a separate living area with a pullout couch which was a nice surprise. My two children didnt have to share a bed which they loved. The only negative I would give would be that there werent any families staying at the hotel, everyone was retired and appeared to be in their 70s and 80s. When my kids were smimming and playing in the pool, we got a lot of snide remarks and dirty looks from the other guests like we shouldnt be there."

"A great choice for a stay in Palm Springs. Right next to Palm Canyon Drive and the rest of downtown and only 5 minutes from airport. The rooms are very large, clean and well-maintained. Definitely would stay here again next time we’re in Palm Springs."
