「i wanted to book a King Executive Park room for 7/25 but it was not available on Expedia platform. So I booked a deluxe room and I left a message through Expedia platform to hotel for upgrade but no reply. On my arrival, front desk told me the Executive Park room was actually available but the upgrade charged me JPY15000 which is much higher than the normal room difference in the platform. This is quite frustrating!」

「The place is beautiful the pool amazing and the staff was wonderful. They are minutes away from Maihama station and have a bus that takes you there for free. Definitely worth to stay at the Grand Monday.」
