「We stayed here the night before a wedding, tge location was great. The room was updated yet retained the character of the pub. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delightful good quality food with a good choice. Would definitely recommend staying here. 」

「We were lucky enough to stay in the Langford suite. Wow it was as big as a air bb. Decor was 1st class bathroom had a 6ft double shower. Pub was great staff were lovely food to match. The staircase to the suite needs replacing also was surprised to see the entrance mat had a large stain on it. But we would still give you 10 out of 10. 」

「Very quirky old place.We did have an en suite which not all have.You can expect some oddness when a building is this old.We loved it there.The staff were great as was the food.Very comfortable and clean.Would stay again.」

「Just returned from a 2 night stay spacious room for 3 of us. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was above the bar which had music on 2nd night there which went off at 11 so did not affect our stay. Didn't book breakfast there was a wetherspoons 2 minutes walk away. Would stay there again.」
