「In the centre of Valletta and walking distance from main bus station. This hotel has one of the most welcoming and helpful staff we've ever seen. The room with sea view is excellent and is definitely worth the extra price (it is spacious and even comes with a tradition Maltese Balcony!). Breakfast is also the best we had during our week long stay in Malta. 9.5/10」

「This is a grand lady of a hotel. A little bit tired in places but it has a good feeling to it. It reminds me of a cruise liner. The Reception staff are efficient but lack warmth, and the food and beverage staff are mostly chaotic, but if you brace yourself for it and allow for extra time and mistakes, you get there in the end - some more experienced staff at breakfast save the day. It only takes 30 minutes to take Airport Direct 4 from the airport to the hotel, and it only takes three bus stops to get there. After getting off the bus, you can walk to the hotel in a few minutes. The only minor problem in my room is there is only bathtub but without screen and water splashing around which got the floor quite wet. But only really a minor issue comparing with its other plus points.」
