「In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. Air conditioning so loud when on that it couldn't be used while sleeping. Beach had fancy beds rather than lounges, but no where near enough to handle the crowd. Guest joke, "ask...

「we spent two hours checking in (our room was not ready at the time we arrived...so they said) and then when we did check in...it was so much paper work to fill out and crap to take care...fees to pay in case of.... that when we were finally handed the keys, it was the wrong rooms with someone else's name attached. At that point we were done with this property and called another property close who took us in with half the hassle.」
