“Clean, spacious apartment with easy parking and 10 minute walk to city center. Elevator was broken during the week that I stayed and would not access the 8th floor. I had to get off on the 9th and walk down. Not a major issue since I did not have a lot of luggage but may be an issue for other guests.”

“Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. ”

“It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.”

“I had a lovely 6 night stay at the Indigo Hotel. My room was clean with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and had a wonderful spa shower with full size toiletries and a robe & slippers upon request. The complimentary snacks were great! My room was a bit cold and I was unable to adjust the heat. I did ask about it and was told it would be adjusted, but did not notice a difference and just wore more clothes at night. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and I would love to stay there……
