「Clean room, excellent breakfast choices—best I’ve seen in a while. Check in lady was VERY GOOD about keeping my room number and information secure from being overheard by the man in line behind me.
One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe. Someone could already have been inside, or someone could have entered during my stay, if I had not checked this. Property management didn’t respond promptly and blamed the tub not draining on local drainage issues with the street the house is located on. Property manager was rude and threatened to ask us to leave when I said it was unacceptable to not have hot water.」
