"Very small pools, mainly for kids. But there was a rooftop pool that was small but nice. No where to get coffee before restaurants opened. Walked to OXXO & waited until 7am for it to open & got coffee. Rooms were nice & big. "

"Beautiful new hotel with spacious modern furnishings. Great for a large family or extended family trip, with easy access to large resort complex via the gondola system and shuttle services. Our kids highly recommend a churro under the stars at beachland. Get dinner at Nektar for early access to the BON park for water show and live music."

"The pool only gets sun after 3pm. The hotel is very nice. You need your key to work elevator. Omar & Ivan are the shuttle drivers & are very friendly & full of information. Pool towels can be asked for at reception. Laundry is free to use but you have to book 24 hours in advance. There is a great restaurant within walking on Mexico ave (4 vientos reservation required)"

"Beautiful room. Beautiful property. Fantastic staff that treated us excellent. Great restaurants until the cartel extended our stay three more nights. And Unico tried to charge me 250% of what I could pay to book it on Expedia. I showed them the rate and they insisted on $1,800 a night. I booked it on Expedia and they accepted the reservation but it was such a slap in the face to shelter in place when every other reservation extended for free. I get they have cost but this was absurd to the point I would never go back. Carlos the concierge was fantastic and really made to stay feel accommodating. So sad that the ownership that you would instruct your staff to act this way in panic and mayhem. Guess you'll enjoy your depleted bookings after the cartel incident and reviews like this."

"We enjoyed the location of this building as it was close to some good restaurants and bars and yet was very quiet. The rooms were clean although we would consider it an older more tired accommodation. Some things to point out that we think would be improvements would be reading lamps and side tables in the sitting area, better water pressure in the shower and mattresses that are less firm. We thought the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was great to have a big balcony to sit on so that we could have a wonderful view of the harbour and its activities. Everyone was very respectful of others. We would consider this accommodation to be about a 3 star. It suited us very well all being said. The lighting though is a big thing for us, overhead lights don't really do it for us."
