「Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. 「The room was fine. It was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a gross sour smell and ants. The a/c worked well. Two beds had cheap spring mattresses; one had memory foam. The restaurant has mediocre food at inflated prices. The waitress got agitated when we tried to apply a custom tip. She wanted us to pick one of the preset tips set at 14% and higher. A different employee (maybe a manager) was very rude and aggressive. Constantly raising her voice at employees and patrons.」
