"In the title it’s listed as a hotel. It’s a room for rent in someone’s home. Not a bed and breakfast. Outside of the property it is filthy. Garbage, yard is not well kept. "Great views. The little villa is ok but a little tired and could do with a refreshing. Access is up a steep slope, not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. The lady who looks after the property is very helpful."
"The location and views were fantastic. We had an easy 20 min drive to Lucca each day. Perfect mix of peaceful vineyard and olive tree landscape with easy access to Lucca city restaurants and shopping. Owners and staff were wonderful. "
"We arrived in the evening, and had a bit of a challenging checking in. I would advise to have someone who is a native Italian speaker join you to communicate with the staff. We were moved to another guesthouse as there was a mix up with our reservation, which they apologized for.
Property was clean and mostly quiet. Some of the other guests were quite noisy during the night, but that was only one night where we had this issue. All the instructions are in Italian, so be sure to have a translate app where you can take a photo to translate.
Overall, a quiet place to sleep in the countryside!"

"We booked this property last year with great expectations and after our 9 day stay it has exceeded everything we hoped for. Our host Isabella was the best and helped with recommendations and the little things that set this property apart from others in the area. I highly recommend this property and quaint little home to anyone visiting the Lucca area in the future."

"15 of us came to celebrate my husbands 60th bday. The communication was unbelievably perfect. Mario the owner helped us before we got there. (Finding a Chef, transportation etc). Once there, Lisa ,the house manager, consistently answered many questions. She was so helpful as to where to eat, getting us a taxi. The property is SPECTACULAR! The pictures don’t do it justice.A trip of a lifetime. Hope to get back someday, couldn’t have been any better than it was. PERFETTO. Do not hesitate this beautiful property, memories that will last a life time. Grazie Mario and Lisa!"
