「The bad: The suitcase rack was broken, there were not enough towels for our family of 4, and the bathroom sink was partially clogged. A $350/night room should not have those issues upon check in. Also the outdoor pool is not connected to the hotel. The good: Clean. Fairly decent breakfast.」

「My stay was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! One would expect a room with proper lighting. Our room was not only poorly lit but it was so small that I did not use the shower or get ready in it all. The hotel towels were stained and the scumb build up in the bathroom was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the sink drain wasn’t working and when maintenance came to the room to rectify, simply advised us that was not the proper drain in the sink and just removed it entirely. The pillows...

「Staff was very helpful including Debra a housekeeper on the 8th floor. The hotel provides limited housekeeping but if you ask staff for additional coffee, water, towels etc they will accommodate. There were stains on the rug but overall the room was fine.」
