“When entering the hotel, I was greeted by Trevor at front desk. Usually they are informative about the rooms, parking, any pre-charges, etc. He didn't tell me everything about the parking. The guy outside at Valet was nice and explained the different parking options. Wasn't informed about using the key card to use the elevator. A couple heading to their room explained how to use the elevator. Also didn't explain that I was being charged $200 for accidental or damages. My girlfriend went in to……

“Great location, nice staff, the room had a great set up but check in process took longer than most hotels I have stayed at and the bed was possibly one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in”

“I wouldn’t stay here again. I booked a balcony.. didn’t get one. There was zero water pressure. My room had a leak. The floors were dirty, and there was a part of the floor in the bathroom that little bugs came out of. The parking was terrible. There was a bucket of cigarette butts just sitting in water right by my room and then someone dumped it out, which was gross. There was something splattered on the wall and on the tv that wasn’t clean before I got there. I had to squeeze into a parking……

“Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”

“I love that the room did not have carpet and extra clean towels and travel needs such as toothbrush, clean towels and iron located in hallway locker for guests. The only thing I did not like was the stinky carpet smell near 5th floor elevator. Carpet needs to be deep cleaned or removed. It smelled really bad.”

“We liked the room and location. There were stains on the pull out bed. The shower wasn’t the best and the balcony was a little bit dirty. Overall we liked the place especially for the price. Parking was not very good, little parking lot in front of hotel and a little walk to the other lot.”

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”

“The room was clean, you had nice staff and very helpful staff there but two of the lady's was not. The breakfast was the same everyday. Beachview was great. The pool was always cloudy looking and dirty, I dont recommend getting in the pool. Overall it was alright, I seen worst”
