“I never leave reviews but this hotel deserves one. Got married and my husband and i decided to do a mini moon here. And we both give it a 10 outta 10 in every category!! Customer service, cleanliness, food, amenities, convenience. We have decided to come back each year for a weekend we enjoyed it that much!”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”

“Breakfast was delicious with something different offered every day. Staff was helpful and very polite. Views of the beach and ocean were beautiful with nothing blocking our view. Beach access was right outside the hotel with stairs and a ramp. With a playground less than a 2 minute walk.”

“Rooms and common areas are always clean. There is a great patio on the 3rd floor with glass panels to relax on a chase and enjoy the view of the beach on really hot days. Breakfast is really good with the ability to personalize it from the grill and at a good price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“We arrived late after traveling 14 hours and the young man at front desk was so helpful and kind. Sorry I can’t remember his name but he was great. The concierge was also very helpful and personally walked us around to see different amenities. Tiki bar restaurant was so convenient and a fun place to relax next to Boardwalk. Parking is not very close to hotel and no boardwalk to access building from parking garage but they allow you leave car in front until you unload your luggage. I would highly……

“This is the place to stay if you're into more traditional quiet cottages rather than big standard hotels. Angie's is so cute and cozy! The beds are very comfortable and everything extra clean. On top of that Steve Sr. is a hoot! And his dog Shredder is a sweetheart. We could talk forever with Steve and learn the history and interesting facts about the community. So much fun! Also great location, next to the beach and board walk and great restaurants. Loaded up on oysters. We will come back here……

“We had terrible first day. AC not working. Contacted staff 4 times before we were told it couldn’t be fixed. Then front desk called at 10:30pm to ask if we wanted to switch rooms, but my children were already asleep. Bedding for pull out bed not in room and had to be requested. Paid for parking and zero spots available. Overflow was full as well. The restaurant attached used the ramp for valet. Saw cars doubled parked in ramp. Elevator broke during stay and wasn’t fixed promptly. Guests and……

“This hotel was a great place to stay. I was relatively clean, great ocean view from the balcony, bed was comfortable, the indoor pool and sauna were GREAT, and the location was perfect to access all of the beach area venues. My only concern was the check-in confusion…..I booked through expedia, after a long hot motorcycle ride I get there to check in. They have my reservation, however they showed at I OWED a significant amount still for the two nights in the unit! I showed them my expedia……
