The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was always spotless. Most importantly, there was convenient parking with a permit for the ZTL area. 「We stayed in the suite for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful jumping off point for Tuscany. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.The breakfast options were also great. Volterra is a sizable town and on the tourist trail for people coming in from Florence for sure, but we still had no trouble getting restaurant reservations and things were much more quiet in the evenings.」

「The staff were very friendly and informative, food was great, their own produce was great and the views were amazing. I would love to return in warmer weather when the pool is open. The only downside was being charged €50 cleaning fee. I missed it in the small print when booking. This wasn't a fine for leaving the rooms untidy, this is their standard charge for their 1 bed apartments. We stayed there 1 night and still had the same charge as someone who stays for a week. 「Thanks for the hospitality ! I can never forget the passion of the staffs there as well as the view from the resort. On top of the that, the resort is very convenience for tourist attractions, such as San Giminignano, Siena and factory outlet. Don't miss the dinner there, they provide real Tuscany cuisine made with local agricultural products. All in all, the resort is a 'MUST' if you visit Tuscany! 」
