“This hotel is something out of the twilight zone. It's extraordinarily huge, and you can get lost very very easily. And here we go: 1) hotel staff don't know what customer service is. Even a "hello" would've been nice, instead the dude just stared at me until I said something. 2) no late check out without a half day fee (we were just asking for an extra hour) no go. 3) our room straight up smelled like piss, hopefully animal, but I guarantee the floors have NEVER seen a carpet cleaner. They……

“TV did not work in our room. They did switch us to another room. Building is old . Some dirty walls and cracked windows. The lady at the front desk was nice. We won’t be staying there again.”

“The motel had an old/musty smell. The first handicapped room they put me in smelled very strong of urine. They gave me a different room and that was ok. The carpet in some places was pretty dirty. I will not be staying there again.”
