Large place needs lots of renovation

Pictures on website were not accurate many things broken or worn out in this unit. Loft space in nice and bathrooms recently renovated and new washer dryer but carpet worn out and stained, deck light and ceiling fan in main room not working dishwasher leaked, hot water tank exposed kitchen counter top broken.etc.
