“This is a great rental. Check-in is super easy, and when we ran into a small issue with the slider curtain, the owner was quick to respond and the issue was fixed in less than a day. Location was amazing. Super close to several top tier beaches. Great shopping close by and there are tons of amazing restaurants with a 10 minute drive. The pics don’t do justice to how large the main living room is. The entire condo complex is a tropical oasis and the pool area was deemed very popular by my……

“Everything was wonderful, great. The property is beautiful so clean. The view is gorgeous and the host is the most. Anytime I need to reach out to amanda. She immediately reached right back out to me. Very, very helpful with things that I didn't know about that I could go and see in maui. She had a book in the condo that gave you all this information on the best restaurants, things to do. When I go back, I am gonna rent her condo again. If I could give her ten stars, I would.”

“Lawrence is a very attentive host. He wants to make your stay as wonderful as it can be. His condo is well stocked with everything you could possibly need including all beach items! The photographs he has taken, displayed as art in his condo, are beautiful. We love “The Palms at Wailea”. This is our third time staying in this condominium complex (we have stayed twice before in other condos). The common areas are extremely well taken care of, the condos are very large, the pool is great, and the……

“The interior of the property was great! The design and decor was really nice. The owner did a great job. The ACs were very loud and didn’t work well. The problem was I booked through Vrbo and then Perch and then the owner and the fees were higher than the rental price. So the 125/night ended up to be 250/night. Look at the total fees. This condo complex is on the lower end like many in Kīhei.”
