"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Massachusetts Retreat. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and the space and layout easily accommodated four friends on a week-long vacation. There are so many cute towns within easy proximity to the location. Parking was easy and very convenient just a few steps from the back door. "The location, the hosts and all the little extras were top notch! It was so welcoming to be greeted with a bottle of wine and other little culinary treats — they even had a darker make-up towel( now that is really going above & beyond). The only caveat would be the bathroom and bedroom are on different levels- it was fine for us , but if you were to have mobility issues it might be challenging I couldn’t be any more effusive about how perfect this stay was. Two thumbs way up!"

"This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Be aware that the company that owns this place will ask for lots of information outside of the VRBO platform (including a credit card and your ID). This made me a bit uncomfortable,...

"Great place for a family, we had our 18yr niece with us so having a separate bedroom for her was a great find. Marblehead was an ideal location for getting around. Easy drives getting to Boston, Salem, Concord, Gloucester and the beaches packed in a lot in seven days"

"I selected Gary’s property primarily because of the proximity of the Boston Convention center (We were able to walk there in about 15 minutes!), but the access to everything in downtown Boston was also fantastic. We were able to catch an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go in no more than 30 minutes. One small side note, there are 5 wall hanging artworks within the home that feature nude women; those with children or otherwise sensitive may wish to know."

"We enjoyed the quiet location. Condo was very clean and welcoming. 12 minutes away from downtown Boston (ether Uber or redline subway). Great communication with the hosts. And if you want to go for a walk at the Boston Harborwalk, it’s only less than half a mile away. We will definitely book this condo next time we go back to Boston.
