“Great place, would stay there again! ”

“This rental was a massive disappointment and hassle. Red flag, the listing photos are generic stock photos lifted from the Sheraton’s website – not the actual suite you reserve. Upon check-in, it seems the owner double-booked the suite, and our reservation was converted to a standard hotel room. I definitely rented and paid for a studio suite with kitchen and seating area. Not a hotel room. Fortunately, the Sheraton staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk and bell stand were super friendly……

“12 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us. We had planned on skiing all day and had purchased groceries as well. We tried to explain this and Anna was unapologetic and did not care the inconvenience would cause us. Luckily for us we had a very kind gentlemen help us at check-in and worked with the owners management to arrange for us to stay in the same……

“We have stayed at the Sheraton before but the views from this condo were amazing! We had the best time and enjoyed having coffee every morning before hitting the slopes with an awesome view! Ana was amazing with communication and helping out when needed! We will definitely be back l, hopefully very soon! Thank you for an exceptional stay! ”
