"The one bedroom apartment was the perfect room for my trip. It was spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes (and coffee and tea), and the bathroom had very nice toiletries. The building was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the area was quiet and within walking distance of many sites. "

"The place was fresh and felt new. Very contemporary. I liked it. Full kitchen was also nice. Oh. And laundry in unit. So good. The view was awesome. If you go. Ask for 7th floor, back side (710 to be specific) Only thing i will say is the bed was extremely firm. Also no tv in the bedroom. Other than that it was great. "

"We had a very good experience. Great location with lots of restaurants and historical landmarks within walking distance. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The only issue we had with the unit itself is that the futon couches did not make for comfortable sleeping, and noise from the street was at times quite loud. Just bring ear plugs. Host company was very responsive."

"Really liked the convenience to the PCC. Because if it's "industrial" set-up we could hear noise from other units when flushing the toilet. More insulation is needed for noise purposes."

"Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. "

"Property was great. Walkable to all of the old city to see the liberty bell and independence hall. About an hour walk from the Philadelphia museum of art which isnt to bad of you plan to get there when it opens around 10 a.m."
