"The receptionist at check in was very helpful. We wanted a room away from the freeway. We were disappointed with the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant. They barely spoke to us apart from taking our order. Dinner was good but the oatmeal at breakfast was disappointing. We’ve had far better on previous occasions."

"For the price it is clean and comfortable, breakfast is minimal. Would stay here again on our way through"

"AC units in both rooms were very loud and rattled all night long. It was hot in room didn’t want to turn off. Outside noise was very loud in bedroom (Nobody’s fault) tried to use pull out couch in living room. Mattress is so thin you can feel every metal bar through it. And no, I am not a very heavy person. (I know you thought it, I would too :) I know it’s a pull out but come on, maybe something thicker than 2 ply toilet paper as a mattress would be great. All in all not bad. Please look at AC units in living room and bedroom.NT rm 302. It sounded like a demon was trying to escape the depths of hell through those things. Thanks!"

"A nonsmoking hotel posted on the web has smoking odor found bugs in the sink toilet and bed I had a bug bite on my left leg shower certain broken shower head broken. From Thursday to Sunday room were not cleaned only got fresh towel but not wash clothes. Some front desk staffs were helpful but the manager Catheleen were not apologetic requested room from Sherri far from free way but was assigned a one next to freeway asked to get a different room due to bug issues and smell of smoke three to four times but were declined on Sat night very very loud noise were heard from a nearby facility until very late to the night Noise from outside were heard constantly toilet almost doesn’t flash no hair dryer available not even at front desk this motel is so old and run down it needs to be shut down !!!"

"Comfy bed. Big room. Big fridge. Nice walk in shower. Room was fresh and clean. We were not happy when a homeless person with a scooter came into the swimming pool area on the 4 th floor and sat in the hot tub. Didn't give us much confidence in security since he had to go up the elevators and then down the long haul of the spa. The food court was a disaster. They need someone in there to clean up those tables and floors. "

"The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I interacted with the front desk staff about three separate times (including check-in), and they were wonderful and patient. The room has been remodeled and it was super clean. The only thing is that the room smelled a bit funky (in the Birch Tower). Other than that, everything was clean in the room."
