「I was very satisfied with the hotel and room as it was exactly as represented. There was a difficulty regarding payment at check in which was entirely on me and the girl at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as patient while I was contacting my bank for release of funds due to fraud activity on my account. 「All was great as usuall, staff cleanliness, the only thing I did not like is that I had a room on the first floor #130 and since the room door was facing outside and the desk is right next to the door, I could feel the draft of cold air on me while I was working.」
