“Prefect hotel for my visit in UES. Staff was nice, Rooms arent huge but they were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plus there was a nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water so convenient for an early cup of coffee. I would definitely stay here again. Note that there are at least 4 steps to enter lobby. ”
“James was very personable and professional in welcoming us. Room was tastefully furnished, bed very comfortable. At breakfast, the attentive service, delicious food, and peaceful ambiance provided a perfect way to start the day! ”
“Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. ”
"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
"AC doesn't work well at all. room temperature is 77 when turn on the Cold mode in summer. reception said would send a fan to my room, never happened. ask for room service for three times for one thing, failed. until the fourth time! took up a century. when I return to the room after the room cleaning, I saw my socks on the floor next to the trash. the used plates and so on, no one take care of it at all. no one come to collect. the bathroom is flooding when take a shower, u have to mop the floor after the shower. the water comes out of the shower room because there is no door. request the folk, spoon, provided with the plastic set rather than the metal one. i m not living in a motel!"
