「Temperature in room felt stale. When air conditioner was on, it smelt like cigarettes. The fridge was frozen over and not working. There were long and short hairs in the shower not belonging to any」

「The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.」

「No one was available at the desk from 9pm on. Our shower rod fell down and no one was around to assist. We waited I til morning and no one was at the desk at 9am. We left, no shower. No closet, hangers, iron, hair dryer. Towels were of poor quality.」

「As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...

「The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.」

「The property was beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained, and spotless throughout. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. It was clear that great attention is given to both the appearance and upkeep of the hotel. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay」

「Karen and Kevin are very welcoming from the moment you walk into the inn. Our room and bathroom were immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were served a delicious breakfast. Late in the afternoon we sat on the deck overlooking the nicely landscaped yard and pool. The location is close to several lakes, restaurants and the playhouse. We look forward to returning.」

「Property was great, our room was perfect. They have a great common area right outside the main building with a fire pit, sitting area, pool and games. Beach is a 5 minute walk」

「Advertisement was misleading. These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit.」

「No complains on the room, it was clean and beds were comfy. Although the property was a bit ran down and not that clean, I thought it was a good value stay considering the low price.」
