「櫃檯經理Kathie 態度一般，沒有落力幫助住客解決問題， 相反，通宵當值員工Mark 盡心盡意幫忙，另眼相看，此卓越員工，希望貴酒店落力嘉許」

「A nice suite hotel with basically everything you need. Good value for stay with family and pet!」

「房间整洁，空间宽敞，前台接待亲切服务好，办理入住速度快，设施一应俱全，性价比高。」

「Nice breakfast, clean hotel with kind staff. A little run down but still very comfortable. Our biggest issue was that we had booked a bedroom suite, but the bedroom did not have a door; it was more of a seperate area, which did not suit out needs.」

「The location is good. The beds were very comfortable amd the room was quiet. The only issue is the dispensers for the shampoo. For seniors they are a little difficult in that you have to squeeze the bottles to get the soap out. It would be better to have a plunger or push button to get the soap to dispense. Otherwise, everything was good.」

「　very good 」

「客房整潔一般，職員服務態度可以改善，早餐比較簡單，坐位不足。」

「The property had baseboards removed and wallpaper peeling a bit on the bottom. There was only one small elevator. Under our bed was a bit dirty and I found pills but other than that it seemed to be clean. I’m unsure if they make up the room daily as our was not.」

「Outdated hotel, but some renovations were going on. Rooms were clean, and had comfortable beds/ pillows.. Basic and simple for the price paid. There was a peculiar smell in the hallways all the time. Overall was OK」
