West Seneca Golf Hotel

"Our room was just a little bit late being ready but that’s my only complaint. The man working the front desk was super nice. Also, if I was a woman staying alone I don’t think I would want to stay on the first floor. it’s ground level with large windows. I was with my fiance so it was fine but otherwise I probably would have wanted to be on another level just to feel safest. "

"Staff was excellent, wi-fi was really bad, toilet kept running, someone came to repair it, but still wasn't working properly. "

"The staff were very good, friendly and engaging. However our room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was clean it smelled awful. location is good, staff were good and the breakfast was ok."
