Western Arizona Spa Hotel

"No hotel felt dead. No greet from any staff member. Beds need to replaced. Bathrooms in hotel rooms need to be updated. They smelled moldy. We were in a smoke free room but it smelled horrible like cigarettes. "

"I used valet for my car, very good & quick! My room was clean & bed very comfortable."

"Unfortunately, we were placed in the west wing. The room showed lots of wear and had cockroaches."

"Breakfast was available 6:30 to 9:30 including pancakes, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs. Nice pool and jacuzzi. "

"It’s an older inn but the room was clean. Cleaning staff came even though we never asked them to. That was a nice surprise. Breakfast was not bad. Loved the potatoes. Close to restaurants and shops. Would stay again."

"Blinds broken and missing pull handle. Had to sleep with light coming thru window. Hallways smelled terribly and the carpets were heavily stained. Pillows were stained, had no pillowcases and were the size of decorative couch pillows. Had to flag down the maid for pillowcases. "

"Only one elevator working that was an inconvenient waited a long time to get to our room. Miscommunication with the front desk agent, we requested housekeeping and it was not done. We needed towels and coffee."
