「Very central, large property Needs a little TLC 」

「I've been staying in holiday lets in Keswick for many years and I'm pretty sure that this is the best I've stayed in. Great location in the middle of Keswick, and happily my favourite restaurant in town is on the ground floor of the building! Very well presented with an amazing kitchen and fantastically well-equipped (so many places don't even have one pint glass, let alone 6!). A few days into my stay the latch on the main entrance to the building was loose and likely to fall off soon - I...

「A true gem in the heart of Keswick! The property felt like home from home, but with the luxury and convenience you would expect from a holiday rental. There is free onsite parking, check-in is easy (the hosts actually contacted us on the day to say we could check-in earlier if we wanted to), and communication with the host was quick and helpful. We travelled with our two year old and the property had plenty of space for her to run round in, as well as toddler cutlery/plates, a high chair, travel...

「We had a wonderful stay at Lake View Cottage. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a fantastic location for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again when we next visit the Lake District.」

「We have spent yet another week at Rock Lynn. Wonderful setting. It is peaceful. It has everything that we want. We will be back next year.」

「This was our third visit to Spa Cottages. It is a great base for exploring the Lake District. Parking can be a bit tight, but for the majority of the time we were able to park directly outside the property.」

「Our second visit to Deer Close Cottage. Very comfortable and great location. Only 1.5 mile walk into Keswick. Peaceful and lovely birds that visit the garden. Look forward to booking again with Keswick Cottages, great people who treat you like a human not just a booking number. Thanks for the wine and biscuits.」

「We have just returned from a wonderful two week stay at Millside Cottage. Braithwaite was an excellent base from which to explore the north western corner of the lakes especially with the bigger towns very busy with summer visitors and traffic. The double parking spaces proved very handy and, with careful manoeuvring, fitted a smaller car and estate car for the duration. The cottage is very well equipped and very comfortable. The shower is excellent and the bedrooms comfy. The small sun room was...

「Great accommodation in a lovely little village with fantastic views. Everything you could need to make this a home from home and only a 20 minute walk into Keswick.」

「Greet location, exceptionally nice and great communication」

「The property was very clean, well equipped and quiet. It kept cool during a very hot and sunny week. It was comfortable although we found the double bed mattress was rather too firm. The lounge was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very useful bus service from the village. The village shop also handy.」

「Great cottage in a very good area outside Keswick. Comfortable, good for walks , car trips to other places . Would recommend.」

「Very comfortable and thoughtful accommodation, a lot of care had been taken with design. Location is convenient for accessing lots of walks. The Chalet and Lingholm are very good for lunch.」

「Quaver Cottage provides high quality accommodation in a very convenient location in the centre of Keswick.」

「Stayed here for two nights, the property is superb. Spotless clean and in a brilliant location. Will definitely return, and 100% recommend.」

「Convenient and quiet location with adjacent parking. Good supply of white goods and other items (washing rack) which helps for a stress free holiday. Some items need urgent updating - mattresses in both bedrooms. We have stayed in the flat for many years and look forward to our time next year.」
