"We stayed for a weekend and had a great stay. The staff were great and the hotel was very clean. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was a great way to save a little money on dining out and had a lot to choose from. I will definitely stay here again. "

"WE were given a room on the 4th floor. Walking down the hallway was an experience in its self. There was a hole in the wall where it looked like an attempt to repair possibly a water line was done but not completed. This was around 7 PM & a cleaning carat was still in the hall way. The 1st room we got had no refrigerator, microwave or the chair that goes with the desk. We needed a fridge for storing medication The 2nd room had the furniture but you couldn't close the door so you could lock it. Upon checking the screws (some) were missing from the top door hinge & the rest of them were loose. The front desk clerk came up to look & gave a a key to another room. That room was ok' But we have run into this issue before with hotels by Wyndham and especially in Kalamazoo. There is a Baymont on the other side of Kalamazoo where we stayed & it was much worse. This will be our last stay at Baymonts Inns."
