"This property has recently been updated, room by room. They clearly are still in the process - evidenced by palates of supplies outside a number of rooms not yet being used. Extremely clean, recently remodeled. Great outside lighting, clean and spacious parking. I believe there is a laundromat on the premises. It is within minutes of the City Dock and the Naval Academy. Underpriced."

"A bit of you get what you pay for. Negatives:The sign is not lit up and the building is not visible from road. One coverlet had cigarette burns (non smoking room); We just removed it. Night window is locatied in snack room so ice machine and vending machinings running making it hard to hear person on other side Possitives: great price great distance to our destinations and the water pressure and temp were great."

"My first impression of the neighborhood was not good. Many car repair places and vehicles on the street that weren’t even functional. The apartment was lovely. Very clean and comfortable! A slight glitch in the code for the door, but the owners answered my text right away and were very helpful in resolving the issue. Once my husband and I got to exploring the area, there were many nice restaurants near the wharf, just a few blocks down the street. In all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend...
