「Everything was amazing! The communication was so quick and helpful! Our guests for our wedding felt so comfortable and it was a great space to go back to. It was awesome to have a little kitchen and space so they didn’t have to eat out all the time. We can’t recommend this place enough. The space is so cute!」

「Excellent location for our family visit. Beautifully clean and well appointed. 」

「This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. 」

「The place was great. A quick drive into Boulder. We would definitely stay again. The backyard was great place to have our morning coffee. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror.」

「We needed a last minute place and were incredibly lucky to find this place. So quiet and cozy. And so close to everything we need it. The host was so friendly and accommodating. Hope it's available the next time we're in town.」

Carrie was great, good communication but gave us privacy despite how close the carriage house is to the main property. Lot’s of attention to detail inside and out.
