Hyatt House Portland/Downtown

"This was my favorite stay in Portland thus far! I LOVE the location! It’s right by the water, cute patio restaurants, customer service was great, rooms were super quiet, beds were super comfy, views were awesome, breakfast was top notch all you can eat buffet! Location is super convenient! The only con is parking. They only have valet parking and it’s $55 a night…so I found a overnight underground parking lot that’s managed by a condo company and they only charge $24 MAX for parking as long as you don’t leave. I don’t think you should have to pay so much extra to park at the hotel you already paid for. So because of that 9/10 :)"

"The staff was very helpful. I ended up using their shuttle service, which was a very first time I’ve ever used this before. I have stayed at Minnie Embassy suites but this was very wonderful. She was a blessing. The staff was very helpful helping me to my room after all day, my feet had swelled up so bad and your staff was so helpful. Portland has always been one of my favorite embassy suites and brings back. Very good memories from My Mother and my aunt and family staying there during our holidays."

"Basically, most everything was great. The location was great; the hotel itself is beautiful. All the staff that we interacted with were very professional and very helpful whenever asked a question. There were only two things that were problems. The first was the Wi-Fi did not work in the room we were assigned. After contacting the desk a tech rep came to our room. He told us the system was not working in that part of the hotel. I went to the front desk and conversed with the clerk and requested we be moved to another room. He was very quick to find another room for us and told me to call the desk as soon as we were ready to move and someone would be sent up to assist. I did as asked and a worker arrived and assisted with the move to the other room. The only other thing that was difficult was the bathroom in the second room. It was very tiny. There was barely enough room to move about when using the toilet and when using the shower. However we made it work. These were the only faults/difficulties we encountered."

"The staff were exceptional!! Every one of them was friendly and helpful. They took every chance to greet you, get the door and help you in any way. Tremendously good experience!!! Big shout out to Kaleb! He was really helpful with our check in and you can tell he truly cares about his job!!!"
