"Great location, but I was put in a bit of a shoebox of a room. Not sure if all the rooms are like that. But I have hotels.com VIP status, and neither was it recognized nor did I get offered an upgrade (which should be automatic). The hotel is clean, which is good. But it’s really more like a four star posing as a five star."

"Paul at the front desk checked us in and he was very kind in getting us in a room after our long journey to London! We also had an issue where I plugged an iron in to the wrong outlet and it killed the electric in the room. They use WhatsApp as a method of communication. Within minutes of me texting...someone was at our door and reset the power."

"Room needs updating, bit rough round the edges Shower tray is very slow to empty was worried we would flood the bathroom Location is excellent and views from bedroom fantastic Bed large and comfortable Food and drinks expensive but that’s London for you Staff very friendly and helpful Only gripe was we tried to sit by the fire pit and was told we couldn’t as the seats had been reserved"

"We stayed as a family of 4 . The location was excellent and it was perfect to have somewhere to rest and put your head down but there is no privacy in the room so if you are sharing please bear this in mind ."
