「Staff were brilliant, so kind and helpful. Really went the extra mile. Close proximity to amenties, such as windermere. Food was impeccable, we thoroughly enjoyed. Room very quirky and clean. We were placed next to the log burner for dinner, which staff kindly accomodated. Overall 9/10 Only marked down due to only having full fat milk available for breakfast, which we aren't able to drink so missed out on our coffee. We have rebooked already for summer.」
