“Simple, clean, good location, nice spot on a hill, and a convenient lily pad stop to the lovely village of Rockport. Just don't expect much in the realm of amenities beyond a quaint sitting room accessed through the main foyer and a small Keurig machine in your selected bedroom and a larger one in the sitting room.”

“Knowing that we were in town for our son's wedding, the manager upgraded us to an efficiency apartment that was available during our stay, at no additional charge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest issue we had (which was not the Sea Lion's fault) was that Internet access was very unreliable.”

We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!”
