"Such a nice property! We especially loved the outdoor spaces - deck, fire pit area, and the bench beside the creek. Quiet and peaceful! Very close to the trailhead for the A.T., which we loved. Go north to climb Three Ridges or south to climb The Priest. The bed was super-comfy too! Great place to unwind."

"A really charming and quirky house, perched on an overlook above a bend in the James river. Very friendly host, nice grounds, and plenty to explore in the surroundings. We did some outdoor grilling and a fire in the pit on a very starry night. The kids were disappointed that the hottub wasn't working that weekend, but there were plenty of games and some swings nearby to keep them occupied."

"This cabin is perfect! We came to town for a Jeep Fest at Bold Rock, and the location couldn't have been better. We were only a few minutes from the event. "We booked for a last-minute Memorial Day weekend getaway. We hadn’t been to this part of the Blue Ridge mountains before and our usual locations were booked. I’m so glad, because this area was gorgeous. The neighborhood/resort itself has hiking trails, and we toured Grand Caverns, which we all liked even better than Luray Caverns. The cabin was perfect for our family of four and it was nice to have the convenience of the on-resort gas station and market, where we ordered a pizza our first night....
